What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

4. Contract Status Updates: Agents must update the status of each property listing from active to sold or expired.
5. No Off-Platform Business: Agents must not engage in off-platform business with clients acquired through the platform.
6. Commission Agreement: Agents must agree to the platform’s flat rate commission.
7. Trusted Representatives: Agents must use only trusted representatives who comply with these Terms and Conditions.

CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration: Clients must provide accurate information (name, email, contact, and phone number) to access the platform.
2. Property Information: Clients must verify property information before making a purchase.
3. Payment Terms: Clients must make timely payments for purchased properties.
4. Site Visits: Clients must arrange site visits through the platform or authorized agents.
5. Off-Platform Business: Clients should not engage in off-platform business with agents or partners.
